HOME-COOKED MEALS:
Fresh, appetizing meals are prepared three times per day by the kitchen staff. You may choose to dine in the dining room or in the privacy of your apartment. A full kitchen is available in each apartment for those times you may prefer to cook for yourself.

HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY SERVICE:
Weekly services are provided. Laundry is not done in bulk, but rather washed in separate loads for each apartment. Washers and dryers are available if you prefer to manage your own laundry.

HEALTHY NEIGHBORS PROGRAM:
A variety of health-related programs are offered, including topics like fall prevention, diabetes and osteoporosis. A registered nurse will be onsite weekly to arrange home health care services, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and much more. Health screenings for blood pressure and weight will also be performed, along with an in-house podiatry program.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT:
Experienced staff members will assist with ordering and maintaining required medications and provide dosage reminders, when necessary.

UTILITIES:
Electric, natural gas and water services are included. Expanded cable TV and wireless Internet services are also part of the rent structure. Telephone service is the responsibility of the resident.

TRANSPORTATION:
The community van is available to take you to local physician appointments, activities and errands.

EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM:
Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system and wearable pendants for each resident. In the event of an emergency, the system directly alerts the experienced, onsite staff.

FULL ACTIVITY CALENDAR:
Our activity director schedules onsite entertainment and programs and coordinates group trips to community events and other destinations.
